I blamed my weight gain on every possible thing I could think up and was convinced that I needed to live with it. Since joining Plan B Fitness, Brian has been able to motivate me and push me to a level that I could not have obtained on my own. I joined Brian's program when my doctor told me I had severe osteoporosis. Some contributing factors to my condition included the fact that I had been very inactive my entire life due to an issue with my hip I had since birth. I never received any therapy, instead I just accommodated it. I never was able to run, jump rope, ride a bike, or do any of those "weight bearing" activities that improve bone density. Being thin and petite my whole life, people generally assumed I was healthy, when really I had no strength.

My doctor explained that strong core muscles are the best way to prevent a fracture in your hip or spine as we age. She sent me to physical therapy, which helped. Then I met Brian.

Brian does a great job of modifying all the exercises for my limited strength and endurance. But more over, Brian is the first person to come into my life that really sees me as a person with the potential to be strong and fit, rather than a person suffering with being weak and fragile. He doesn't just encourage me to exercise; he is committed to my health. My progress is unbelievable to me. I can do things I NEVER could do before - common things for most people. In a few months, I'm able to easily get up off the floor, which used to be a major struggle for me. Little by little I can do more things, running, jumping, climb stairs, and other everyday things that had been major challenges for me in the past. I feel stronger than I have ever felt in my entire life. My energy level is up. All these positive changes in my body are also improving my mental health. Everything in my life has changed as a result of my participation in Brian's fitness program.

I have just finished my first month of boot camp with Brian and loved the results! I have lost a total of 8.25 inches and four pound! Brian has been a positive motivator for me to get back in shape. Bootcamp has been a great way for me to start exercising again. I was always active in HS sports then some aerobics but didn't exercise these last couple years. I am totally amazed how far I've come in just the first session but I never would have made it without Brian's help. I appreciate how the exercises are changed around so we're not doing the same routine/same exercises all the time. Even with some minor medical issues, I still get a great workout because Brian is knowledgeable and has adaptations, tips and pointers to keep me safe but yet keep me working out. I cannot begin to tell you how much better I feel physically and mentally. I've got a ways to go but with Bootcamp and Brian's help, I'm on the right track.

When my department first started working out with Brian the only expectation was to loose some weight, however I have gotten much more out of it. The two nights per week that I work out has been a great stress reliever, my long drive home is much easier on my nerves! I’m sleeping better at night and wake up more refreshed. Not to mention that I have lost a few pounds and inches.

I was also very relieved to find out that Brian wasn’t a drill sergeant or cheerleader. He’s just a cool guy with fun but challenging exercises. I recommend him for any company or individual.

I am a middle-aged woman, and while I'll admit people usually guess my age to be younger than it is, I realized I'd lost my old gusto. I am blessed with high energy and a natural athletic ability, yet I'd let myself get soft and slow and figured my best years were behind me. On somewhat of a whim, I signed up with Brian Green and quickly learned I was wrong. Regardless of age, state of mind or your current girth, there is room for improvement in each of us. I was uncomfortable in a gym, and more than a little nervous about appearing foolish. Brian is kind and truly interested. He teaches without preaching. I began using weight machines that I'd never PROPERLY used. I lifted, squatted, ran/walked, jumped, moved and sweat like never before. To be honest, I had a few ill thoughts of Brian as he calmly looked me in the eye and would ask "just give me two more"!

I trained 2-3 days per week. By the end of the second week, not only could I feel a difference, I could see one. Within five weeks I reduced my body fat by 4% and I'd lost a total of 5 inches. For me the greater advantage is the mental clarity and calm I receive from exercise. I am not a person with a quite mind. It is difficult for me to relax and unwind. Exercise takes me to a place of wellness and belief in myself. Having a trainer taught me the options and paths to a peaceful mind and physical health through exercise and good training are boundless. The satisfaction I get by completing a workout that I would not have begun a year ago is a high that lasts far longer than I imagined. I encourage you to give yourself the gift of working with a caring and knowledgeable trainer like Brian Green. I am very grateful for Brian's guidance and coaching. Exercise is now a part of my life. I actually feel bad if I don't fit something in everyday. Brian taught me you don't need to have huge amounts of time to get an efficient and energizing workout. You build it into your life, and it becomes a part of you, not something you have to do. In fact, my words to Brian today, are "just give me THREE more Bri, come on you can do it".
